Step 1: Go to the setting of your Andriod. Click on More or Sim Card & Network  which is available on your phone.

Step 2: Click on More Network or Jio which is available on your phone.

Step 3: Click on APN's or Acces Point Names. If you do not find it then search for it. And enable the Data Roaming.

Step 4: Then add a new apn setting.

Step 5: Fill every thing as I fill in each an every option.

Step 6 - At last click on the three button and save it and restart your device.
